Clerical Disabilities Act, 1870. Return of all persons admitted to the office of priest or deacon in the Church of England, who, having under the provisions of "the Clerical Disabilities Act, 1870," executed deeds of relinquishment of the office of priest or deacon (as the case may be), have, in the years 1884 to 1888, inclusive, cansed the same to be enrolled in the High Court:--and, of the number of deeds which have been recorded in the same period in the diocesan registries in the dioceses of England and Wales under the provisions of "the Clerical Disabilities Act, 1870" (in continuation of Parliamentary Paper, no. 260, of session 1884).
