One land sale agreement written in 1901, the 27th year of Guangxu Qing dynasty with two official statements attached. The first one was a "Min tian qi" issued by the Shanxi bu zheng shi si in the Xuantong era; the other one was issued by the national taxation bureau of the Republic of China goverment in 1913 (Zhonghua min guo er nian). The original agreement was to sell a piece of land owned by Tan Baoyou to the buyer Tan Fengke on 26 December 1901.
