The modern Peking Opera "Raid on the White Tiger Regiment" is one of the most performed red classics and one of the eight model plays allowed during the Chinese Cultural Revolution. The story is about the battle between the 203 Division of 68th Corps (People's Volunteer Army) and the 1st Regiment of Capital Division (Republic of Korea Army), also known as Tiger Regiment.
