A keepsake collection of eight haiku poems, written and printed during an ADF (Australian Defence Force) Arts for Recovery, Resilience, Teamwork and Skills (ARRTS) program, delivered in partnership with the University of Canberra, from 20-21 November 2017. This creative arts program is aimed at supporting the recovery and improving the health and wellbeing of service personnel, assisted by professional artists and creative writers from the University of Canberra, such as Owen Bullock and Caren Florance. The poems were set in a variety of typefaces and letterpress printed in the ANU Printmedia Book Studio. The authors' signatures appear on the colophon.
