- "Beverley Dillon was born in Brunswick, Melbourne in 1941. She was the youngest of three daughters born to Elizabeth and Edward Dillon. She grew up in an unusual environment of SP bookmaking, and she was the first overseas traveler among her family and friends in the early 1960's at the age of 21. It was then that she met her first love in London, who she later married. But after twenty years of marriage she found out he was bi-sexual. Beverley takes you on a journey around the world with her extensive travel and through her colourful life of ups and downs, love and loss, heartache and joy. Living on the beautiful Gold Cost in Queensland for the last forty years, Beverley continues to fully embrace the wonderful coast lifestyle and feels blessed each day to be alive."---Back cover.
