Maps showing the Shanghai region on endpaper. Silk covered green boards with tassle ties.
- Contents: The Imperial word; the operation of the dispatched troops of Shanghai (with map); list of names, the activities and the life of the each unit (land service, accounting, sanitation unit, navy). Details of weapons and the pictures of the anti-Japanese movement, Activity of Japanese residents in Shanghai; and some images of the landscape around Shanghai are also included. Overview of the progress of the "Shanghai Incident" and list of the Japanese war dead are in page 1-14.
