ART MATTERS - WINDOWSPACE BEEAC. In December 2019 WINDOWSPACE BEEAC will have achieved five years of window installations and associated events, engaging artists from around Australia, artists from more than 11 cultural backgrounds, artists working in art forms from video projection to delicate textiles. Who would have imagined the boarded-up window of an abandoned but once thriving garage in a little lop-sided town in southwestern Victoria, would eventually display such brilliance. Over the five years, 2015 - 2019, more than 40 artists have installed work on a monthly rotation. This is their story and an acknowledgement of their practice.
