Personalities in the Classroom is a resource guide which explores personality types in young people. It has been designed with educators and youth workers in mind. It gives readers and practitioners tips and insights into how best to re-direct unwanted behaviour in the classroom and effectively engages young people in order to assist them achieve life skills, build resilience and become better prepared for the world of work. This resource guide is based on the personality profiling concept called LIFEWORX4ME series of workshops, which focus upon assisting young people to understand self and others more effectively.
