- Summary:

In July 2008, the Victorian government created Cenitex, a state-owned enterprise responsible for delivering defined customer ICT services to its departments and agencies. We examined whether Cenitex’s performance meets customer needs, expectations and service levels targets for service availability and ICT support; and if it is effectively identifying and managing current and future challenges.
