This discussion paper seeks the views of Queenslanders and stakeholders on actions to be taken as part of the whole-of-government Queensland Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Social and Emotional Wellbeing Action Plan 2016-18. It has been developed based on principles outlined in the Gayaa Dhuwi (Proud Spirit) Declaration, consultations held to date and evidence about what works to improve the mental health and social and emotional wellbeing of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Queenslanders.
