The purpose of this standard is to provide a technical standard for the application and monitoring of use of Stonedust or other explosion inhibitors in underground mine roadways, to assist in reducing the risk of dust explosion to an acceptable level, and includes: incombustible stonedust properties, sampling methods for roadway dust, and methods of analysis of roadway dust.
