The Badja Forest Road Fire oral history project records the experiences of people who were impacted by the devastating bushfires in this region over the summer of 2019-2020. This oral history project is a unique partnership between the Cobargo Bushfire Resilience Centre and the National Library of Australia, with support also provided from Resilience NSW through a Bushfire Recovery and Community Resilience Fund grant. This oral history project documents different experiences, perspectives, demographics and locations within the fire affected areas. It is a valuable record of the impact, legacy and aftermath of the Badja Forest Road Fire.
