- Summary:
-
"Transport established a Co-Design Committee in the early planning stage in June 2021. This provided a formal engagement process for representatives from the Burrill Lake, Dolphin Point and Kings Points communities to share their insights and provide feedback on draft strategic options and make suggestions for Transport's consideration. The purpose of the Committee, as outlined in the Terms of Reference, was to provide recommendations on options for the Milton Ulladulla bypass southern connection near the intersection of Canberra Crescent and the Princes Highway and options for a future upgrade of the Princes Highway through Burrill Lake. During the Co-Design process, the Committee was encouraged to provide feedback to refine the options, and to also suggest new options for development. The Committee met six times between August 2021 and late November 2021 ... While the Co-Design Committee was not a decision-making body, the feedback and recommendations from the Committee contribute to Transport's decision-making process." -- Page 8.
