Supplementary Letters Patent amending Letters Patent of 6 June 1859 erecting certain parts of New South Wales into a separate colony called Queensland and appointing Sir George Ferguson Brown, GCMG, Captain General and Commander-in-Chief. Great Seal attached. This document is endorsed 'Cancelled. Returned in Gov.69/69/12403. 31.8.70.
