The images showcase the vastness of the property and the homestead and surrounds. One of the photographs also has a handwritten message on the reverse which is signed 'M'; the specific content of the message points clearly to it having been written by Marianne to a family member in Ballarat during the Spanish flu pandemic of 1919-20.
