As a result of researching bilingual education programs at Yaruman and Wirrumanu (Balgo Hills) recommends measures to balance language instruction, develop proficiency in both vernacular languages and English, improve teaching strategies for language, maths and science and set up evaluation procedures and support networks for bilingual education programs in Western Australia; suggests strategies to improve learning conditions for hearing-impaired students.
