Judith Stubbs, born 1941, Beemunnell near Warren, N.S.W. Stubbs speaks about her father, who was removed to Brewarrina Aboriginal Reserve, N.S.W. as a child and about her mother. Following the death of their parents in 1942, she and her siblings were made state wards. She and her two older sisters were sent to Cootamundra Girls Home and her brothers were sent to Kinchela Boys Home. She describes the living conditions in the Home. Stubbs also discusses the long-term effects of childhood removal and abuse.
