- Volume one consists of eight credit card shaped pages printed on both sides and joined together at the short side to form one long piece, and stored in an air mail envelope. Volume two consists of four half A3 sheets folded three times to form a booklet shape, with the cover printed on recycled paper and tied together with red wool.
