This manual includes eight learning modules about family life and worker productivity. Each module begins with the rationale and a list of objectives. Main ideas are presented in boldface type, and correlated with the learning activities. Each module also provides supplementary materials, such as reading selections and handouts. The eight module concepts are (1) Who is Caring for the Children?; (2) Credit: You're in Charge; (3) Mapping the Road to Employment; (4) Exploring Self-Esteem, Self-Perception, and Communication; (5) Problem-Solving Resources; (6) Stress Management Strategies; (7) Work Productivity Is Your Responsibility; and (8) Guidelines for Forming School-Community Partnerships.
